There is a new kind of cheat that you can do on Sims Freeplay which will enable you to unlock all of the store items. Follow the steps listed below:
First step is to go to the shopping cart tab, the one that is colored purple.
Second, it will load for a while. Go back to the main screen by pressing the square button at the bottom of your device.
Third, wait for about 10 seconds then go back on the game. The page will still be loading. Press cancel this time.
Fourth, go back to the store and you will find out that you can now buy everything for free.

Leave them overnight if you have the time or if you want it fast, then you just have to go to your settings and set the date to 1st of July, 1985. By the time you come back to the sims, your plants should be all grown and money are there waiting for you.
