The Drowning is a new first person shooter game on the iOS world and it has many mobile gamers getting hooked into it with its excellent control scheme and console feel graphics. But it's not only a candy for the eye, it also present a challenge, an oily mess kind of challenge. To get ahead of this game and increase the rate of your survival we have compiled some tips and tricks for everyone.
1. Headshots. We all know this but we just feel that we need to remind you. Focusing your shots to the upper part of the enemy is what you must always do. By always we mean every time. With headshots, you will also be able to unlock collectible points.
2. Customize your weapon to be more lightweight and powerful. Because that's what you need - light and packs power. To be able make a weapon, you must, of course spend virtual money so don't save up on money unless you are sure what you are saving it for.
3. Think twice before using the flare gun. You are given the option to use the flare gun to unlock a square when you are collecting the bonuses at the end of the round. If you want to save the flare gun for later, go back to the stage and try to get a better score by doing a headshots and filling up the frenzy meter. It might unlock the fifth square.
4. When playing attack stages, always move. By that I meant do not stop at all times or enemies will sneak up from behind you. When moving to an area in the map, tap the 180 degree spin button at the bottom of your screen to perform maneuver which enables you to shoot enemies while moving.
5. When playing defense stages, always look for a point on the map where you have the two of the weakest spots on you sight. Checking the third one once in a while then returning back to your where you have the two weakest spots.
